nestainer® ERGO series: focus on ergonomics and hygiene
The nestainer® ERGO series combines sophisticated functionality with a special focus on ergonomic handling and high hygiene standards.
- nestainer® ERGO 1460 K: This model impresses with a plastic base in sandwich construction made of high-quality HDPE in light blue (RAL 5012). The all-round closed base is particularly quick and easy to clean, reliably meeting the highest hygiene requirements. The integrated spring mechanism guarantees safe and efficient work when opening and closing. For larger order quantities, the base is available in your desired color and/or with an individual embossing.
- nestainer® ERGO 1460 S: This model has a side-folding base with practical spring technology. The castors (Ø 108 mm) made of robust polyamide (two swivel castors / two reinforced fixed castors in reinforced design) ensure smooth transportation. The sturdy side rails, rear and front walls are made of Ø 22 mm round tubing with a 12 x 3 mm flat iron infill.
- nestainer® ERGO 1570 S “LIGHT”: The “Light” version is characterized by a bottom that can be folded to the side and locked on the side wall. The polypropylene castors (Ø 108 mm) (two swivel castors / two fixed castors) ensure maneuverability. A version with welded-on fixed forks is also available as an option, whereby the swivel castors are mounted using a standardized screw-on plate. The side rails are made of sturdy 22 mm square tubing with an infill of Ø 5 mm wire rods. A hook-in wire mesh intermediate shelf is available as an option.
nestainer® Classic: Flexibility for Euronorm
The classic nestainer® 1450 and 1630 models are the ideal transport aids for Euronorm crates. They offer the choice between a steel or plastic base (sandwich construction) that folds backwards. For convenient and ergonomic handling, the bases can be fitted with an optional spring mechanism. The containers are fitted with 125 mm elastic castors (two swivel castors with brakes / two fixed castors) and have sturdy side rails, rear and front walls made of Ø 22 mm round tubing with an infill of Ø 6 mm wire rods. The front wall is fitted with a practical CT lock.
nestainer® ADB: Versatility with mesh walls
The nestainer® ADB models offer additional flexibility thanks to their mesh walls.
- nestainer® ADB 1600 ME KU: This model also has a steel or plastic base that can be folded backwards (sandwich construction), optionally with a spring mechanism. The 125 mm elastic castors (two swivel castors with brakes / two fixed castors) ensure quiet and gentle transportation. The side rails, rear wall and door are made of Ø 22 mm round tubing with a robust wire mesh infill (Ø 3 mm, mesh 50 x 50 mm).
- nestainer® ADB 1600 ME (800 x 1200 mm): This large nestainer® with external dimensions according to Euro pallet dimensions offers a generous loading volume. The steel floor and the intermediate floor can be folded back. You can choose between a 100 x 50 mm mesh or 50 x 50 mm mesh for the walls. The equipment includes 125 mm elastic castors (two swivel castors with brakes / two swivel castors). The side rails, rear wall, hinged door and roof are made of Ø 22 mm round tubing with a sturdy wire mesh infill (Ø 4 mm). The nest depth is 200 mm.
