We are currently looking for reinforcement here.

Customs / Import / Export Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Independent organization and oversight of import and export processes
  • Verification and settlement of freight and import invoices from external service providers
  • Preparation and review of import, shipping, customs, and export documents (e.g., delivery notes, invoices, export declarations)
  • Communication with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and international business partners and institutions (e.g., Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control)

 

That makes you stand out:

  • Completed business training, e.g., as an industrial clerk, a clerk in wholesale and foreign trade management, or a comparable degree program
  • Relevant professional experience in import, export, and customs clearance
  • Process orders efficiently, assess risks in international business, and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Organizational skills, strong communication skills, a willingness to go the extra mile, and a desire to dive into new tasks
  • A team player who also enjoys working independently
