    • Preparation and review of import, shipping, customs, and export documents (e.g., delivery notes, invoices, export declarations)<\/li>\n
    • Communication with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and international business partners and institutions (e.g., Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Completed business training, e.g., as an industrial clerk, a clerk in wholesale and foreign trade management, or a comparable degree program<\/li>\n
      • Relevant professional experience in import, export, and customs clearance<\/li>\n
      • Process orders efficiently, assess risks in international business, and identify opportunities for cost savings<\/li>\n
      • Excellent written and spoken English skills<\/li>\n
      • Organizational skills, strong communication skills, a willingness to go the extra mile, and a desire to dive into new tasks<\/li>\n
      • A team player who also enjoys working independently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
