With the innovative Pacture and Roll-Safe products and the tried-and-tested securing grid, FEIL is helping companies to reduce plastic waste and conserve valuable resources.

Pacture: The reusable complete protection for your rolltainer

Pacture is the clever answer to the need for holistic and sustainable load securing. This reusable cover made of 100% recyclable PP fabric tarpaulin in white/transparent is simply slipped over the side rails of the roll container and encloses the entire unit. Thanks to the pre-stamped folding pattern and practical Velcro fasteners, Pacture is easy to handle, open, close and stow away to save space. Handle openings at an ergonomic height make handling even easier. At the top end, sewn-in pockets ensure secure attachment to the side rail, while sewn-in PP stiffening elements including locking magnets at the bottom end guarantee a stable hold. A Pacture set for double-sided rolltainers consists of two identical units. Card pockets and additional handle openings as well as the application of your customer logo are optional.

Roll-Safe: flexible side protection for your load

The Roll-Safe system offers a simple and ingenious solution for protecting the open sides of your roll containers. It consists of two heavy-duty structural chamber panels made of PP in a neutral gray (similar to RAL 7001). They are flexibly mounted on the side rails using special tensioning straps. When not in use, the Roll-Safe panels can be fixed to the side walls of the rolltainer to save space, making them easy to handle and store. Roll-Safe is available in various dimensions, and different colors, panel thicknesses and dimensions are also available on request. The FEIL safety mesh: stability and flexibility for greater safety

Another sustainable alternative to wrapping film is the tried-and-tested FEIL securing grid. This sturdy wire mesh with an 8 mm thick frame and two hinged fittings offers reliable protection for your load. The galvanized surface ensures a long service life. A newly developed double hinge ensures flexibility and adaptability. The grid is secured simply and securely with two gummitex® tension belts. Empties are compacted and the rolltainer with safety grid is returned as usual. Installation of the safety grid is extremely simple and can be carried out without drilling or similar work on side grids with a ø 22 mm round tube. A practical detail is the welded-on metal plate, which provides space for barcode labels or your company logo. The safety grid is available in two sizes for usable heights of 1350 mm and 1450 mm.
